Darvano was born to sell quality watches at a price that doesn't insult you. Direct, no boutique. We reply within one working day, help you adjust the bracelet and cover a 3-year warranty. If anything goes wrong, we're at the other end of the email.

Before you decide.
Do I need an account to buy?+
No, but we recommend one: with an account you can see all your orders and their tracking whenever you like. If you buy as a guest, we email you a link to your order; and if you later create an account with the same email, your orders will show up in it.
How long does shipping take?+
Mainland Spain: standard 2–4 working days or express 24–48 h. Balearic Islands, Azores and Madeira: 4–7 days. European Union: 3–7 days. Every order travels insured and tracked. Pre-order watches have their own timeline, shown on their page.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes. A 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear (such as the battery) and knocks are not defects. Keep your order number.
How do returns work?+
You have 20 days from delivery (14 by law, extended by us) if it's in its original condition, with its box. Tap “Withdraw from the contract here” on your order. We refund within 14 days at most, to the same payment method, standard shipping included. Return shipping is on you unless there's a defect or it was our mistake.
Where can I see each watch's specifications?+
On its page: movement, size, crystal, water resistance and materials are listed in each model's specifications. If anything's unclear, write to us and we'll reply within one working day.
What's in the box?+
The watch in its Darvano presentation case and the warranty paperwork. Any watchmaker can adjust the bracelet, or you can follow the instructions we send you.
How do I pay?+
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and depending on availability with PayPal or Bizum. You enter your payment details on the provider's secure page, never on Darvano: we don't see or store them.
Why is the price so good?+
We sell direct, with no boutique and no middlemen. The quality of the watch stays the same; the price doesn't.
